It’s July! That means the beginning of our Eat Right/Stay Fit months (July and August)! We want you to get the very best in healthcare with us here at Smartcare Health and Diagnostics, but we also want you to develop good habits that keep you healthy and away from the doctor altogether!
To start off Eat Right/Stay Fit, let’s look at a topic that everyone cares about: FOOD. The food you eat can “make or break” you when it comes to your health. Maybe you’ve been trying to lower your cholesterol or lose a lot of weight, or maybe you’re just trying to get rid of those love handles and gain some confidence for the beach. No matter what your reason, there are many ways to get healthy just from changing the way you eat.
It’s summer, which means you want to be out and about enjoying the weather...and you’re probably also going to be eating out a bit more than usual. Here’s a few tips for you if you want to go out to eat but are not sure how to keep it healthy.

Remember, there are ALWAYS healthy options out there, sometimes you just have to be creative!
